Stepping Back

 March 5^th. 

It’s so easy to be carried away by the big idea, the big names, and the big dream. I’ve got to pull myself back and do the work I need to do one day at a time to be ready when the agent is ready to meet us. I still have a lot of preparation work to do. I’ve got to sit down and read the rest of the stories, read over and rework the book proposal. Think and feel what else needs to be included in the first handprints book.

This is the work and I must embrace it, the rest is fluff. My challenge is to stay on track and focused forward no matter what else is going on around me. I can do this, I will do this. For me personally it’s about feeling good and finding my true voice and speaking it will confidence.
