Ups and Downs

April 29th

I never dreamed that creating the life I imagine and the business that I desire would be filled with so many ups and downs. One minute I feel elated and hopeful, open to all the wonderful possibilities.  The next moment my doubts surface, triggering fear and overwhelm. My challenge is to monitor these mood swings and find ways to center myself so I am not feeling like a seesaw.
