Walk Toward Clarity


Here’s Something to Feel Good About Today…

Walking is one of the most beneficial and underrated activities. It’s not only good exercise it provides, time out and most important mental clarity. I love to walk outdoors and take in all the natural surroundings. Today I noticed about 20 different types of trees just during those 30 minutes.

I never realized that Ginkgo trees are mixed in with the White Burch trees where I live. Or that the bark on some trees would make very strange looking camouflage for the military.

Taking my walk today freed my mind as I immersed myself in all the beauty that surrounded me. It calmed me and brought peace with every step. Best of all walking is free!

Try a walk to clear your mind, to take in the natural beauty, to find your way home to a peaceful heart.
