Recentering

A little Yoga and some Reiki healing music go a long way toward finding balance. I’m afraid I don’t do enough of it. Even though it allows me to feel centered and balanced, I tend to put it on the back burner since so many other things are demanding of my time.
Surely I can find 30 minutes a day for relaxation and rejuvenation… I deserve that sacred space and when I claim it I feel so much better. It’s like everything else, it won’t happen unless I commit to it. Beginning today I promise myself at least 30 minutes for yoga, meditation and healing time.
