Partnering

I’ve always worked alone. While I have hired others to help, for the first time in my life I am partnering with others. There is a kind of letting go and trusting involved in doing this. Something I was not ready to do before. Now I am happy to do what I do well , and allow others to do the same. There is tremendous freedom in team work.
