Expanding The Box

Here’s Something to Feel Good About Today…

There have been many times in my life when I’ve felt boxed in. No matter what angle I looked at it from, the situation felt confining. The more I tried to free myself the more restrained and frustrated I became.

You may long to break free, to try another way, to explore a new path. You know you are ready and yet something or someone appears to stand in your way. If you’re feeling stuck, the first step may be to recognize that there is something inside of you, and not outside of you that needs to shift.

Try looking at the situation from a different perspective, discuss it with a friend. It just may be that it’s not the box that’s confining you it’s your own behavior or beliefs that need to expand. From my experience the times that I have felt immobile or trapped, have been my greatest opportunities to learn something key about myself. In the end there was a reason the box was there and it was my challenge and perseverance that eventually opened the door to freedom.
