Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today…

I’m one of those people who carefully weigh my big decisions before I make them. When I’m really stuck I make a list of the pros and cons; seeing them on paper really helps me to clarify my choices. Not being impulsive allows me the time I need to feel at peace. The truth is that I usually know when something is not right for me, but I hesitate to take an action until my heart and head agree.

Here is a simple technique that works for me. I close my eyes and envision my choices as objects of some kind. I hold them up to the light and choose the one that feels lighter and brighter.

I’m sure you have had some tough choices to make. You may ask your friends and family for advice. The real test is that you can look at yourself in the mirror and rest your head on your pillow with a peaceful heart.
