This time in my life is offering me so many opportunites to change my perspective, to redo old behaviours and to reach out to others in ways I would never been able to do before. I am watching myself and seeing the changes in my communication and directness. While I was once afraid of confrontation I see it now as a way to humble myself, to see the other persons point of view and to approach them with more of an understanding heart… its a big shift and a powerful one that serves everyone.
