Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today!

\
The way I see it, as long as I am living, I will be tested!
My challenges are very different from yours, and there are certain days when I may wish I could trade my lessons for the ones you have on your plate. But that’s not how it is; each of us is served exactly what we need to digest. It’s up us to find ways to sweeten the most bitter and painful challenges, to learn to cope with grace and dignity, and in the end to see if we can find something beautiful and transformative to learn through the process.
“A woman is like a tea bag. It’s only when she is in hot water that you realize how strong she is.”
Eleanor Roosevelt
The many challenges you have overcome are testaments to your fortitude and resiliency. When times are tough, remember that it is when you are called upon to stretch beyond your perceived limitations that you will find your richest rewards.
We all find ourselves in hot water at different times in our lives. Our experiences make for a deeper and richer blend when we open our minds and heart to receive them while holding the belief that they are there to enrich us.

About the Author :
Marlene
My passion has always been storytelling whether that involves writing or imagery. Following this passion, I built a 20-year career licensing my unique hand painted illustrations and product designs to renowned companies in the gift, paper, and home décor categories. My clients include Waterford Wedgwood, Tiffany & Co., George Caspari, Shurman Fine Papers, Block China, Simon & Schuster, Random House, Cartier, Shaw Living, Stephen Lawrence, and many more. Now, my passion has taken me to blogging, compiling, and sharing stories of people who in their own small way have made a difference in someone’s life; stories that have the amazing ability to reawaken our senses to experience everything that is and can be good in the world and connect us with each other.
