Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today!

If you have ever participated in a yoga class, at the end most teachers bring their hands together in front of the heart, bow their head and say “Namaste” and the students respond in kind.

Ever wonder what Namaste means? A good definition would be “I bow to your true self”. The true self might be seen as the authentic you without pretension, less connected to ego and social expectations. Ending a yoga class or greeting those we meet with Namaste in our hearts is a wonderful way to honor the true self in each of us.

When you engage with people today, see how alike we all are, despite our differences. Let Namaste begin with you and live within each of us to make this world a much better place.
