Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today!

Sidewalk Print 4.11.10
“How we spend our days is, of course how we spend our lives.” Anne Dillard writer (1945- )

During my afternoon walk, I noticed that someone had etched their name into the sidewalk cement. I felt compelled to read their message and while it said very little, it certainly made a statement.
For as long as that slab remains, that person’s name will bear witness that in a particular time and place they had left their mark.

Many of us spend our days not really thinking too much about what we are doing with our time. We seem to think that it is limitless. The reality is though, that every one’s time is limited and how we spend it determines the quality of our lives. If each of us lived with that thought in mind, just think about the impact we could make collectively.

Have you thought about leaving your mark in the world? Every day that you live, is an opportunity to leave your hand print and to make a difference in someone else’s life.

I would love to hear about you and the hand prints you are creating. Write to me so we can encourage others to leave their mark too!
