The Bird of Paradise is truly an amazing flower! When I moved to Ca I could not believe my eyes, these flowers that I once purchased for great expense in NYC grow in abundance all around me. Looking at this exquisite flower today, I began to think about the word “paradise.” By definition it is “any place of complete bliss and delight and peace.”

If paradise exists on earth, I believe it is created by each of us. Just as strength and confidence must be developed, so too the seeds to create joy, serenity and happiness need to be cultivated. There are techniques and practices to creating paradise, I would love to hear about yours.
