Appreciating Flowers Reduces Stress

Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today!

“There are always flowers for those who want to see them.” Henri Matisse

Flowers are magnificent reminders of life renewing itself; each fragrant blossom holds the promise to bear new fruit.

Whether we live in a city, a suburb or a small rural town, their vibrant color, fragrance, and texture, enrich our daily lives. We give bouquets streaming with ribbons, fill vases in our homes and offices, adorn our tables, halls and altars, because flowers brighten our world and lift our spirits.

The next time you pass a colored field, take a moment to appreciate the blanket of beauty nature has arranged. When you catch a glimpse of a single triumphant bud peeking its way through a sidewalk crack, think about the life force that exists there.

Appreciation for the small, beautiful things in life, helps us to appreciate everything that life has to offer us.
