Strong Women, Transform Through Challenges

Strong Women, Transform Through Challenges

Here’s Something To Feel Good About Today!

“A woman is like a tea bag. It’s only when she is in hot water that you realize how strong she is.” Eleanor Roosevelt

The way I see it, as long as I am living, I will be tested! My challenges are very different from yours, and there are certain days when I may wish I could trade my lessons for the ones you have on your plate. But that’s not how it is; each of us is served exactly what we need. It’s up to me to find ways to sweeten the most bitter and painful challenges, to learn to cope with grace and dignity, and in the end to see if I can find something beautiful and transformative to learn through the process.

We all find ourselves in hot water at different times in our lives. Those experiences make for a deeper and richer blend when we open your minds and hearts to receive them while holding the belief that they are there to enrich us.

The many challenges you have overcome are testaments to your fortitude and resiliency. When times are tough, I remember that it is when I am called upon to stretch beyond my perceived limitations, that I find the richest rewards.
