You’ve Got To Have A Dream

You’ve Got To Have A Dream

“Here’s Something To Feel Good About!”

Like most people when I first saw singer Susan Boyle on Britain’s Got Talent I was unimpressed, that is until she opened her mouth to sing. Her rendition of I Dreamed A Dream from Les Miserables, gave me and just about everyone listening teary eyes and goose bumps. As cameras panned the audience mouths gaped open in surprise and the crowd rose to a standing ovation in adoration of this extraordinary singer.

When I looked over YouTube videos of Susan I was struck by her perseverance, resilience and humility…. She inspires me and everyone who she connects with through her powerful voice and stage presence. In one video she mentions her mother and talks about her mother’s belief instilled in her, to do something of value with her life.

Watch Susan’s performance on this video, Buy the book or CD I am sure you will agree that having a dream is one thing but having the courage and determination to follow it takes something more. I hope this one woman’s fortitude inspires you to follow your dream and to build upon the foundation of belief that someone else has in you until you can fully believe in yourself….

Like Susan Boyle, look for your dream and when you find it follow it no matter what. Trust that your dream may not take you exactly where you expect to go, but it will take you someplace better than you can now imagine…

  1. I was really amazed. We as a person shouldn’t have to judge a book by it’s cover. Real talent it is indeed.
