“Here’s Something To Feel Good About!”

“The bravest are surely those who have the clearest vision of what is before them, glory and danger alike, and yet notwithstanding, go out to meet it.” Thucydides

If you want to feel as inspired as I did, take a few moments to watch some compelling actors recite the declaration of independence. I think you will discover a much deeper appreciation as you celebrate this July 4th!

For the first time in my life, I really listened to the powerful and inspired words of Thomas Jefferson. I thought about the extraordinary vision and courage of a small group of men who took a stand to create our free nation. Every signature on that document is a testament of each individual’s fortitude, faith and conviction. It is because of them, that I enjoy the freedom that I do today.

Make this July 4th something more than another shopping day, holiday picnic or chance to watch fireworks. Allow it to be what it truly is, a day to be grateful for what most of take for granted, our personal freedom and your right to pursue individual happiness.

Wow I never saw that video before. It was really recited by good actors and actresses. We should always be thankful for our freedom. Our kids, family, and friends are free because of a small group of men who were brave to fight for our country.
