Grow Happiness, Spread Seeds of Joy

Grow Happiness, Spread Seeds of Joy

“Here’s Something New To Feel Good About!”

“People love others not for who they are but for how they make them feel” Irwin Federman

Try this exercise, as you begin your day be aware of your moods and the kind of energy you generate?

You may not be conscious of it, but what you say and do effects everyone you meet and connect with. People will always remember the way you treat them. Most of all they intuitively pick up on the joy and happiness you resonate. You can learn to be someone who promotes good feelings to others, it all begins within you.

Here’s a tip that works for me. I’ve made it a habit to monitor my feelings throughout the day. My objective, to allow those bad feelings to surface, and then let them go as quickly as possible. I ask myself over and over what will make me feel lighter and brighter,  I follow that inner guidance. It’s as if I have a happiness thermostat inside of me that I check and calibrate throughout the day. The result is that I usually feel pretty joyful.

Happiness is contagious; people want to be around others who are joyful, peaceful and accepting. While it’s impossible to be feel great all the time, it is possible to learn to let go of those bad feelings a lot faster once you become aware of them.

Share what helps you turn those bad feelings into joyful ones. If you like this post pass along the URL.  When each of us becomes responsible for creating our own happiness we can’t help but spread it to others.
