Happiness, 100 Happy Faces Video

“Here’s Something New To Feel Good About Today!”

“Often people attempt to live their lives backwards; they try to have more things, or more money, in order to do more of what they want, so they will be happier. The way it actually works is the reverse. You must first be who you really are, then do what you need to do, in order to have what you want. ~Margaret Young

What makes you happy? Take a piece of paper and write the first few things that come to your mind. You may be very surprised when you realize that it’s really the simple things in your life that bring you joy, contentment and peace of mind. Share with us what brings you the most happiness.

The following video really moved me. It’s a great reminder to stop and realize that most of what I strive for is not really what matters in the end. I am happiest when I can look in the mirror and see myself for who I am, contribute to others through the work I enjoy doing, and trust that everything I need will follow.

We can all use a little wake up call. Let’s not forget that happiness is a daily practice and that each day is an opportunity to create your own happiness.
