Stay Sane, Reduce Holiday Stress, Pass-Along Tip#4

Here’s Something New to Feel Good About Today!

“The secret of health for both mind and body is not to mourn for the past, worry about the future, or anticipate troubles, but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly.”
– Buddha

Over 2500 years ago, Buddah discovered that the source of happiness and vibrant health is our ability to be fully present in the moment. Thanksgiving is here, right now- today’s the day!

I made up this Holiday Prayer/Affirmation to share with you. Feel free to make up your own. Perhaps at our holiday celebrations, no matter how big or small, we can set aside a few minutes to share our thanks. Let the gratitude begin with us.

Pass-Along Tip #4 “I envision a day that satisfies much more than my appetite, it fills my heart. Let there be no room for past regrets or future fears. I am not perfect, but then neither are my friends. We gather together, to listen, to share, and hopefully to express our gratitude. I will not count calories today, instead I will enjoy an extra dollop of whipped cream on my pumpkin pie. It’s Thanksgiving and it’s a beautiful day!”

There must be a family member or friend who might benefit from this tip!

Pass it Along and make your life easier!
