Here’s Something New to Feel Good About Today!
Are you happy most of the time? Do you know what makes you happy?
I have given some thought to what makes some people happier then others. I think it’s pretty simple and yet it’s very different for each of us. The trick is to know who you are, figure out what brings you joy and keep doing more of those things.
Most important for me is to surround myself with people who focus on the positive and who no matter what life brings their way, find the way to turn it into something good.
Here’s a great little video to watch to enhance your happiness. It may give you some new ideas or resurrect some old ones.
One of my favorite quotes is “happiness is like a butterfly, the more you chase it the more it will elude you, but if you turn your attention to other things, it comes softly and sits on your shoulder.” Some of my happiest moments have come when I least expected them. When I don’t know what brings me joy, I just do whatever comes most naturally.
