Be Courageous, Take A Leap of Faith

Be Courageous, Take A Leap of Faith

“Here’s Something New To Feel Good About Today!”

“Never be afraid to try something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark. Professionals built the Titanic.” Jack Handey

I love this quote, it reminds me to have a sense of humor about myself!

When it comes to trying something new, are you fearless and courageous?

Truthfully, I wish I were braver and less risk adverse. If only I could forge ahead with full confidence and never feel the fear. I take risks, but every time, I have to summon my courage and call upon my faith. My natural instinct is to hold back even though I know that taking positive actions will always move me forward. What I have learned to do, despite I how I feel, is to face my fear and do it anyway!

For many of us, changing uncertainty to excitement can make a big difference in our ability to move forward. The next time you want to stick your neck out, try doing what I do. Remember that it’s natural to have apprehension. Ask yourself what’s the worst thing that can happen, loosen up, lighten up and take that giant leap of faith. We will never regret the chances we take; only the opportunities we may miss.

If you see life’s challenges as daring adventures, I’d love to hear from you. Share a time in your life when you took a giant leap of faith. We can all learn from hearing about your personal experience.

If this little penquin can do it, so can we! Watch this awesome video.
